Tink N Bell Farms is dedicated to providing a safe enjoyable farm for you and your horse. We are on a 21 acre property with about 17 acres of pasture. There is shade from trees in the pastures and 3 structures that will provide protection from the rain if the horses are caught out in it. We have 2 ponds on the property that are " horse friendly" meaning they have gently sloping banks and sand bottoms. Both ponds have a slight berm around them to keep manure runoff from the pasture from running in.

The property is divided into 12 pastures. Nine of the pastures have gates to the common area around the barn and all are gated in between. This arrangement allows us to let the horses move throughout the property or we can close down one pasture for a horse that stays on its own, therefore we can provide group or private turnout. All pasture is planted with drought resistance grass that was developed for horses, and some pasture is irrigated. Pastures are graded to allow run-off and help eliminate standing water. Even with the heaviest of rain pastures stay about 80% dry and any water that is left drains off rapidly.

The barn is a 12 stall center aisle barn with 12x12 stalls, auto water and fly spray system. The stalls are rubber matted over concrete witch provide a very clean environment, and level floor for shavings. All stalls have gossip gates and feed doors to the center isle and dutch doors in the rear. Some stalls have walk outs to the rear. All stalls also have fans for air circulation. The barn has a tack room, feed room and lounge with a bathroom and shower. The barn itself has a vented 16 foot ceiling in the center isle and is insulated, this reduces the heat greatly. The whole barn is lighted with florescent lighting that keeps it bright for any reason such as vet emergencies etc. All the water in the barn, stalls and common areas is treated.
